Abstract

|
Long-Term Care Insurance has been rated as significantly contributing to convert the problems of the elderly care-giver who has to rely on personal or family since the system introduced by social responsibility. However, despite the achievements of the various long-term care insurance it is still lacking is evaluated using a long-term care recipients. This study was analyzed by an expert Delphi survey on coverage enhancement plans to find reliable expansion plans target beneficiaries and expansion plans of the scope of services and long-term care insurance. The results range recognition in terms of dementia, except for the provisions of Class 5, Class preventing the introduction, comprehensive elderly care services were integrated into the opinion in order. In terms of benefit younger people than 65 years old senile diseases, with higher (for acute illness) Ratings temporary order for a particular disease. Assess the level of coverage long-term care insurance in the future to consider for enhanced coverage insurance and long-term care of the elderly, will be the definition of the concept of coverage indicators for target setting it should be followed.
